Orders placed on Shinola.com can be shipped to destinations around the world, with the exception of countries and territories listed on our international shipping destination exclusion list at the bottom of this page.
Collection of Duties and Taxes - If your order has an international destination, it may be subject to import taxes or duties. In addition to the international shipping charges, any applicable importation costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected at checkout. Please check with your country’s customs office if you have any questions before placing your order.
Shipping to Canada – For a variety of reasons, we are unable to ship the following items to Canada: Bicycles, Mother Of Pearl Dial Watches, Abalone Dial Watches, Knives, Alligator Watch Straps, Desk Clocks, Alarm Clocks, and Shinola Gift Cards (electronic or physical). Please note that after your order ships, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days to take delivery.
